Q: What are the supported browsers for E-Survey?

The following browsers are supported for E-Survey:

  • Internet Explorer version 10.x and above
  • Mozilla Firefox version 2.x and above
  • Google Chrome version 10 and above

Q: What software is required to complete survey returns in E-Survey?

E-Survey form is available in PDF and / or Excel. Adobe Reader is required to fill up survey forms in PDF and Microsoft Excel is required for Excel survey forms. Please refer to the System Requirements & Settings for the recommended version of Adobe Reader and Microsoft Excel.

Q: How can I login to E-Survey with CorpPass?

You can login to E-Survey with CorpPass if your company is registered with CorpPass and you are authorized by your company in CorpPass for the E-Survey submission to Department of Statistics (DOS).

You should have the following information to login to E-Survey via CorpPass:

  • Your Organization's UEN / Entity ID
  • Your CorpPass ID
  • Your CorpPass password

Q: How can I be assigned to DOS E-Survey in CorpPass?

Your firm's CorpPass Administrator shall go to "e-Services Access" at CorpPass, click "Select Entity's e-Services" and select "DOS E-Survey",then go to "Assign selected e-Services" to assign you to "DOS E-Survey".

Q: How can I check if I have been assigned to DOS E-Survey in CorpPass?

You can login to CorpPass and view the e-services assigned to you. If the DOS E-Survey service is not assigned to you, you can approach your firm's CorpPass Administrator.

Q: What should I do if I need help in submitting surveys in E-Survey?

For enquiries on E-Survey service, you could refer to the detailed instructions detailed instructions on the E-Survey service and the E-Survey system requirements and settings. You can write to us via Secured Messages in E-Survey service or contact the DOS officers-in-charge as indicated on the survey forms.

Q: What should I do if I cannot open the online survey form?

The PDF online survey form in E-survey requires Adobe Reader to load.  Please use the supported browsers and refer to the System Requirements & Settings on how to enable Adobe Reader Add-on in the browser to open the PDF online survey form.

Alternatively, you can download the survey form to your computer to complete off-line and upload the completed survey return for submission.  The upload/download submission does not require Adobe Reader Add-on in the browser.
